These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Huggy Addons mobile application and website operated by Naufal Dilshad (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Huggy Addons lets you browse and download Minecraft Bedrock (MCPE) map (.mcworld) and addon (.mcaddon) files and open them with Minecraft on your device. Some content may require watching a rewarded ad to unlock.

2. Not affiliated with Minecraft / Mojang / Microsoft

Huggy Addons is an independent app. It is not officially associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country (and have parent/guardian permission if required). You are responsible for complying with Minecraft’s own terms and any applicable store policies.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App or our content hosting except as allowed by law.

5. User responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Ensure you have Minecraft installed if you want to open downloaded files
• Do not attempt to interfere with ads, unlocks, or App integrity
• Do not use automated systems to scrape or abuse our content servers

6. Content and downloads

Maps and addons are provided “as is.” Availability may change. Files are downloaded to your device; opening them depends on Minecraft and your device settings. We are not responsible for third-party world or addon content once imported into Minecraft.

7. Advertising

The App may show advertisements, including interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads via Google AdMob. Rewarded ads may be required to unlock certain maps or addons. Ad partners’ terms also apply.

8. Intellectual property

The App name, branding, and our original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks (including Minecraft) remain the property of their owners.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the App or any part of it at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
